Water Aerobics

This is the best exercise of all! Bounce around to beachy tunes in a cool pool! You can’t Not smile in the pool, just try! This activity can be done in your own private pool, or I have access to a few. Class is a mix of dancing, Pilates, kickboxing, swimming, yoga and horsing around! We use both shallow and deep water, water noodles, water dumbbells, and the pool wall to create many different movements. The support and resistance of the water allows you to move in ways not possible on land!! Great for all ages, a full body work out disguised as fun!!

Class lasts about 1 hour. Class is donation based, suggested $5-$10, $60 for a private lesson of up to 4 people, $10/each for additional.
